GLS delivers on working days only and not at weekends or on public holidays. You can always track your parcel through the GLS logistics process. During the festive season, e.g. around Christmas, delivery may take a little longer than usual due to the high volume of parcels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The prices stated on this website include VAT. After purchase and payment, you will automatically receive a VAT invoice from us.
Companies have the option of ordering on account. After an initial check by our finance department, you can pay afterwards by bank transfer.
Individuals may select this payment option if they are unable or unwilling to pay using the aforementioned payment methods. You will then automatically receive an email with payment instructions. Once payment has been received, we will dispatch the parcel to you.
We deliver items almost exclusively from our own stock. We require 1 to 2 working days to process your order. We use the services of GLS (General Logistics Systems) to deliver the parcels. In practice, this means that your parcel will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days of placing your order. With the Track & Trace code you receive from us, you can track your parcel yourself in the GLS logistics process.
Under the Distance Selling Act, consumers have a cooling-off period of 14 days for internet purchases. This means that if, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the product for an exchange or a refund. The product must, of course, be undamaged and unused and should be returned in its original packaging if possible. The shipping costs for returning the product to us are at your own expense.
